Canada's leading work on eSafety - A just approved new work in ISO/TC215

ISO/TS 20405, Framework of Event Data & Reporting Definitions for the Safety of Health Software has just been approved as a new work item, with the Project Lead, Grant Gillis from Canada. Congratulations Grant and TC215 team. This is an exciting new work in our ISO standards community where Canada is taking leadership and helping set the reporting requirements for patient safety incidents resulting from an eHealth or health software adverse event. eSafety is an essential professional practice gaining increasing uptake in Canada and increasing interest internationally, as we proactively set the standards needed.
