Hi Michael, starting April 1st, all InfoCentral users will see the message page automatically when accessing InfoCentral and simply need to click "Accept" to acknowledge the updated terms, which is just the one-time acceptance step.

I hope this answers your question. Thanks!

So, what is the process of reconfirming acceptance of the Terms of Use/License, Helen? Please advise on what steps are required. Thanks.

Hi all,

Upon first login after March 31, 2025, all users will be required to reconfirm acceptance of the Terms of Use and License Agreements before further access and use of InfoCentral, Standards, and Solutions will be granted.

Infoway provides convenient access to a wide range of licensed and proprietary materials. To ensure compliance with our various agreements, Infoway Account Users are asked to reconfirm acceptance of the following agreements by March 31 of each year: Canada Health Infoway Interoperability Solutions Subscription Agreement, Canadian Clinical Drug Data Set, HL7 Agreements, ICD-10-CA and CCI, LOINC®, and RELMA® Terms of Use, pan-Canadian LOINC® Observation Code Database (pCLOCD) Terms of Use, SC Code Systems, SNOMED CT Agreements and Unified Codes for Units of Measures (UCUM) Terms of Use.

Information provided during Infoway Account registration may be used to contact you regarding your account, to administer the site, to analyze site use, to respect our contractual commitments with licensors such as HL7 International and SNOMED International, or to request feedback on artifacts downloaded via Terminology Server API. Email us to opt out of receiving feedback emails of terminology downloads from the maintaining organization.

Thank you,
