file EMR POS Vendor Type 4 OID request for Ava EMR

Hi,

Some things to clean up:
- Full Name should be something like "Ava Industries, Canada" (to show which jurisdiction you are in)
- Short (Symbolic) name should be similar to "ca-AvaInd" (also showing jurisdiction and a name that is less likely to already exist)
- Description needs a bit more detail...
"Vendor OID used for identification of Ava Industries product installations in Canada. The OID is intended to be used for sharing information between Ava Industries systems and jurisdictional health services across Canada."

You may want to set up a generic contact email rather than setting it for a specific person (not required, but will help prevent spam to that persons' email...) in the responsible organization email (like the contact person email)

The advantage of a vendor OID rather than a product OID is that you can use it for any of your products, using the actual value of the identifier to indicate which specific system (Eg. Product A in Dr X office in Calgary, Product B in Dr Y office in Airdrie...). The value would be something you work out between you and the systems you interact with.

Also, for future reference, we do have people here in Alberta that can help you with this process and making the request.
