Hi Ken, sorry for the delay in responding.

Considering the Labour Day Weekend, ballot comments from the HL7 Canada community are due EoD September 4th.

There is a call scheduled with the HL7 Canada Council to determine voting directions on Friday afternoon. The coordinates for that call have been posted on the HL7 International Canada community forum.

Looking forward to your responses.

Hi Ron,

With the HL7 Sept Ballot submissions due Monday September 9th, does it make sense for the HL7 Canada Ballot submissions to be due Tuesday, September 3rd (accounting for the Labour Day Long Wkend), with a reconcilliation/review call sometime later that week?

Could you please set up the particulars for that reconcilliation call?

Thank you!

Hello everyone:

HL7 Canada comments on the 2019 September ballot are due Wednesday Sept 4th.

To ensure members of HL7 Canada have access to the 2019 Sept ballot content and associated ballot comment spreadsheets, the ballot package can be downloaded as 4 compressed files (the package was too large to post as one compressed file).

HL7 2019 Sept Ballot Package Part 1 of 4
HL7 2019 Sept Ballot Package Part 2 of 4
HL7 2019 Sept Ballot Package Part 3 of 4
HL7 2019 Sept Ballot Package Part 4 of 4

Each file has the same README file with instructions to explain how to extract them. When extracted in the manner intended, you should have a sub-folder called [2019 Sept] in the root folder you specify, along with the README file and an Excel spreadsheet that provides hyperlinks to both the downloaded content, as well as to the HL7 FHIR wiki ballot site.

The 2019 Sept root folder should have 34 files when you are done. If you have any issues, please contact me at: ron[at]ParkerDHC[dot]com
