Thanks to those members who took the time to answer our first survey about how you communicate patient health information with other healthcare professionals.

As expected – people are currently using multiple methods to communicate Health information (phone, fax, paper, email, and in person).

Very few members stated that they are currently sharing information via linked systems/EMRs, however; the majority of members stated that they would prefer to share information via secure electronic networks (linked software/EMR, and secure email)

We have posted a new survey asking how you currently store patient information– it’s very short (three questions) and should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Please take the time to answer the questions. The survey can be found in the about section of Medication Management page
