Thankyou to those who attended this meeting. To summarize the call the following was discussed:
1 Use cases and scope - no concerns expressed
2 Encoding options for the immunization content within CCDD - a comment was rec'd that if SNOMED was used it would align better with the CVC. However Health Canada has concerns with how this would impact the directives they must work within. as a followup, here are links to the Open Data Directives

3 CCDD Immunization classes - no concerns
4 CCDD Immunization file fomat - concerns were expressed with using new files for the immunization content. Next steps: We will meet with the knowledge base vendors to identify the best path forward and report back at a future call.
5 CCDD naming patterns - this was deferred for a future call.

incorporating GTINs would be helpful to stakeholders; there was agreement GTINS would be helpful, however, this will need to be deferred for now.
