CBC News reports on new technologies being tested in Newfoundland and Labrador that may help reduce the high rate of misusing potentially harmful medications like sleeping pills, painkillers and medications used for heartburn and reflux. Among them are a new decision support app called Spectrum and Infoway's electronic prescribing service, PrescribeITTM.
