To improve medication management, help support the fight against opioid misuse, and help strengthen patient safety and health outcomes, Canada Health Infoway is working with Health Canada, provinces, territories, and industry stakeholders to create a multi-jurisdiction e-prescribing service known as PrescribeIT.
