My response might miss the mark because of the Quebec-factor, but here it is:
Quebec has shared their "XDS Affinity Domain Decisions" document with the DIR and XDS proxy suppliers, as well as with Christie Innomed since they declared that the latest version of their Synapse PACS is now a certified XDS Document Consumer actor.
So, in essence, it has gone to vendors.
It has not been requested by any of our hospitals, but I don't believe that any of that audience would be particularly interested, since it is a largely technical or workflow document. If there was such a request, though, we wouldn't hesitate - ours was designed as a publicly consumable document.
I'd be happy to share here with anyone interested, too. Oddly, this one was written in English. Unfortunately it was written years before the XDS implementation guide project in Infoway, and our participation in that was minimal, so it will be slightly alien but possibly still an interesting read.
