Diagnostic Imaging Common Service Standard

Starting April, eHealth Ontario will be hosting an open review for the Diagnostic Imaging Common Service Standard from April 30, 2015 to May 22, 2015. The Diagnostic Imaging Common Service Standard will be used by system implementers to support the sharing of DI reports and images.
Key benefits include: consistent data exchange format across the regional diagnostic imaging repositories, easier access for retrieval of reports and images for viewing, and standardized naming of diagnostic imaging procedures for consistent naming of DI procedures provincially.
Two introductory webinars will be held in May to review content and explain the process for submitting comments. The webinars are open to all audiences.
• Wed May 6, Noon – 1:00pm Eastern
• Thursday May 7, Noon – 1:00pm Eastern
