IHE Canada Colleagues:

I am pleased to announce the IHE North America Connectathon Experience Day will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, from 9am-noon Central Time.  The Experience Day is a mini-conference that is designed to augment the Connecathon testing that will currently underway during that week.

IHE Canada is a proud sponsor of the IHE North America Connecathon, together with IHE USA.  Canadians will be participating, both in the testing event, and in the Experience Day.

The Experience Day will be a virtual event, and is availble at no charge to anyone wishing to participate.  The program is made up of a number of presentations, followed by a virtual VIP tour of the Connectathon floor including a number of participant interviews. The agenda and registration is available at this link

Canadian speakers include Abhi Kalra, Attila Farkas, and Allana Cameron from Infoway, joined by Steve Posnack and Matt Rahn (from ONC) and Didi Davis (from Sequoia-TEFCA).  Highlighted topics include Connecting Devices, and the International Patient Summary.  I will be moderating the IPS panel, as well as leading the VIP tour of the floor.

For those who have never been to an IHE Connectathon, or those that are interested in participating at some future date, the Experience Day will give you a perfect overview of the event.
