CD Causative agent Salmonella for review by Feb 10, 2016

The Salmonella causative agents are ready for your review.

You will see that I have added a how to read tab to briefly explain the file.

To summarize what I did

  • Cadham organisms should be included
  • NML organisms should be included that were reported >1 time in the last 5 yr

Exception being – I didn’t include some that were ambiguous for example if the concept had antigens that were undetermined or untypeable. I have identified the concepts missing from SNOMED CT by indicating “not existing” in the ID column.

I think we said we would meet February 10th . Therefore please send me any comments before Feb 10th .
