Communicating Adverse Drug Events: An Imperative for Patient Safety

Published on Jun 07, 2019 by Daniel Simic

The presentation by Dr.Hohl introduces the epidemiology and burden of adverse drug events within our health system, a discussion on why repeat adverse drug events occur and an introduction to the ActionADE pilot project which will help standardize ADE documentation to create ADE reporting and communicate these ADE reports  across health sectors (community pharmacies) to close this information gap.
