The January 2015 International Release of SNOMED CT® is now available!

SNOMED CT content files are provided as tab-delimited flat files which can be imported into any database or other software application.

For a quick overview of changes that have been incorporated into this release, please review the Release Notes document located on the SNOMED CT Documentation page.

Corrections and additions to SNOMED CT Terminology should follow processes outlined on the SNOMED CT Request for Change page. If you would like to request the addition of a code or make a change or correction to an existing code, please use the RFC tool, InfoRMS.
