Standards Release: SNOMED CT CA Edition Release Coming Soon

Infoway will be releasing the latest version of the Canadian Edition of SNOMED CT at the end of February. Starting in 2024, Infoway will release the Canadian Edition of SNOMED CT (SNOMED CT CA Edition) quarterly in February, May, August and November of each year. 

SNOMED CT is the largest and most comprehensive medical terminology in the world. The SNOMED CT CA Edition extends the SNOMED CT International Edition with Canadian-specific requirements and is maintained by Canada Health Infoway. 

The February 2024 SNOMED CT CA Edition will be available via the Terminology Gateway on February 29, 2024.
