Addressing Social Determinants of Health in Digital Health Systems

The Social Determinants of Health working group is pleased to share a report they developed to explore how to incorporate SDOH concepts into digital health systems from a Canadian perspective. This report serves to inform further work on developing data standards for the collection, use and sharing of SDOH data within digital health systems to address health inequities.
