NLCHI’s FavouritedEMRCodes Subset now available on Terminology Gateway

As presented at the SNOMED CT EXPO 2018, the Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health Information (NLCHI) subset, FavouritedEMRCodes, is now available on Infoway’s Terminology Gateway.

The FavouritedEMRCodes subset contains SNOMED CT codes for capturing EMR diagnosis, which will be mapped to ICD9 BILL, enhances the capture of diagnosis in electronic medical records (EMRs).

Terminology Gateway is a web based solution framework that enables the distribution and sharing of terminology concepts, subsets and concept maps, making them available for web browsing, download or real time query.
