Patient Scholarships for the 2018 Infoway Partnership Conference

Are you a patient or caregiver who is passionate about helping shape health care in Canada?

As part of our commitment to amplifying the patient voice, we are pleased to offer a limited number of scholarships to patients, caregivers, and family members to attend the 2018 Infoway Partnership Conference in Montreal on November 13-14, 2018.

How to Participate

Any patient, caregiver, or family member resident of Canada is eligible to apply using the online form before August 15 at 5 p.m.ET. Applications may be written in English or French.

Applications will be reviewed by Infoway in collaboration with the conference’s Patient Advisors.
