UVic is offering Canada’s first CHIMA accredited Health Terminology Standards Certificate Program

A new graduate certificate program in Health Terminology Standards is being offered in fall 2018 at University of Victoria’s School of Health Information Science in partnership with eHealth Ontario, Gevity Consulting, and RKL Health Informatics.

The program combines face-to-face and online learning in a program built for professionals working in the health sector. It just received a two-year initial accreditation by the Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA).

The application deadline for entry in September 2018 is May 1, 2018. Full details on the UVic website.
