Réponse de Lisa Sever sur le sujet Opioid resources
Thought I would share this resource to bring awareness. From the Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse. Authored by Beth Sproule.
Prescription Monitoring Programs in Canada: Best Practice and Program Review.
This includes opioids, psychotropics and any other medications that are associated with misuse or addiction.
Would be interesting to hear from the provinces any updates on integrating Prescription Monitoring Programs into ePrescribing or eDispensing systems, for real time clinical intervention.

Réponse de Lisa Sever sur le sujet Great infograph - Navigating Opioids for Chronic Pain - U of T
The University of Toronto Professional Development website has resource section
Safe Opioid Prescribing found here: www.cpd.utoronto.ca/opioidprescribing/resources/
There is a fantastic infograph that depicts a sinking individual as the morphine equivalencies are increased.
Other resources such as Opioid Manager for switching and Fact sheets.
