When you join a group (community or working group), you will automatically be subscribed to receive email updates each time a new topic is made or you can subscribe without joining the group.
To subscribe to email notifications for all new topics in a group forum:
- When logged in, click on Communities in main navigation
- Click on the name of the community or working group for the forum you wish to be subscribed
- On group page, select the Forum tab
- Click on the View all posts button to take you to the full forum
- Click on the Subscribe button. If the button says "Unsubscribe", you are already subscribed.
To subscribe to email notifications for all posts within a topic, you must subscribe to that topic:
- Navigate to the list of topics within the category for a group, as described above.
- Click on the topic that you would like to receive email notifications from.
- Click on the Subscribe button for that topic.
You can unsubscribe from either a Category or Topic at any time by following the steps above and clicking Unsubscribe.
