Earlier today we received a question about the difference between the Clinical Data Document and the Clinical Scenarios 1 & 2.

The Clinical Data document is a maximum dataset that, while may not be clinically realistic, tests the vendors ability to render all fields in a FHIR document. This document includes the MedicationRequest tab with data.
In support of using this excel document, we have uploaded a new version of the Clinical Data document (excel) and generated JSON and XML examples for the Clinical Data document.

These files are available here .

Clinical Scenario 1 and Clinical Scenario 2, both validated as realistic clinical scenarios by clinicians, who did not identify the MedicationRequest as part of the clinical scenarios. For an example of the MedicationRequest, please refer to the MedicationRequest tab in the Clinical Data document noted above.

Thanks,
Allana
