Hi Everyone,

If you want to keep up to date on how the Ballot Reconciliation is going, there are some communication channels available:

Zulip
Go to chat.fhir.org (there is also an app that can be downloaded)
Once logged in, you want to look at the ‘Streams’ section on the left.
If you click on the word STREAMS, you can filter the list of streams. You are looking for the Gender Harmony stream.
There will be topics added for each of the subgroups.

Listserv (free HL7 account needed - Register here )
Log into the HL7 website, then go here and select Vocabulary in the right hand list, way down at the bottom. You should see all Vocab listservs with a gray join button. Select Gender Harmony. You have the option of specifying how often to receive messages. I chose daily digest.

I’m not sure if you have to subscribe to the Vocabulary listserv first since I was already subscribed to it. (If you do, you are able to unselect it and still stay subscribed to the Gender Harmony listserv).

HL7 Jira (for ballot tickets) (free HL7 Jira account needed)
To register, go to jira.hl7.org/login.jsp and click the 'Report a Problem' link below the white box.
Submissions will be processed in 1-2 business days.
Fill out the form and for the reason why you want an account, enter 'To be able to comment on ballot issues.'

Once you have your account set up, you may view all of the tickets for the Gender Harmony ballots using this dashboard .

If you have any questions, please let me know.
