Gender Harmony Ballot Reconciliation - Subgroup Details

Greetings Folks,

As Kelly has mentioned, the Gender Harmony comments have been split into subgroups to help manage the reconciliation process.

The subgroups are expected to run for 2-3 months and the meeting times are as follows (with links to the meetings):

• Pronouns and Name to Use - Tuesdays at 2pm ET - Teams call - Next call is Nov 29
• Recorded Sex or Gender - Tuesdays 5-6pm ET - Zoom call
• FHIR R5 - Wednesdays 2-3pm ET - Zoom call - starting Nov 30
• CDA - Wednesdays 3-4pm ET - Zoom call[ starting Nov 30
• Gender Identity and Sex for Clinical Use - Thursdays 2:30-3:30pm ET - Zoom call
• V2 Subgroup - Fridays 9-10am ET or 3-4pm ET (alternating weeks) - 9-10am ET , 3-4pm ET - Nov 18 is 9-10am

There was a lot of Canadian engagement with the balloting for Gender Harmony and we are hopeful that those who made comments can attend the subgroup meetings and be part of the discussion on the reconciliation of those comments. Subgroups will also be reporting up to the main Gender Harmony workgroup call on Mondays from 4-5:30pm ET. You can join this call by Zoom .
