Updated Canada Council and Affiliate Chair ToR and Roles and Resp for Review

Hello all:

At the Jan 21st HL7 Canada Council call we will be taking a look at a proposed refresh of the HL7 Canada Council Terms of Reference and the HL7 Canada Affiliate Chair roles and responsibilities .

Please take about 20 minutes to review these documents. I have highlighted the primary updates in the Council Terms of Reference. These two documents are up for discussion on Tuesday's call.
