Canada Health Infoway is seeking Clinicians who have an interest in digital health terminology standards, to provide subject matter expertise for a period of 12 months in a part-time capacity. We are seeking people from a wide variety of clinical backgrounds, including pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and allied health.
The time commitment is expected to be about 10 hours per month, and you will be remunerated for your time. Some Standards training will be provided by Infoway.

Demande de présélection 5390-19 : Soutien clinique à la sélection et à la traduction française de termes cliniques anglais destinés à des terminologies de référence
Inforoute aimerait présélectionner jusqu'à trois (3) experts dotés d'une expérience des terminologies de référence et d'une expertise clinique (p. ex. médecine générale, vaccination, santé publique, ordonnance électronique) qui participeraient à la création de contenu terminologique pour nos diverses normes pancanadiennes (SNOMED CT, LOINC/pCLOCD, etc.). Ils apporteraient également leur soutien à la validation de la traduction du contenu en français canadien.
Les candidats doivent idéalement avoir une bonne connaissance du domaine et des terminologies cliniques. Au besoin, Inforoute leur fournira une formation d’appoint sur les terminologies de référence.
Les propositions seront acceptées jusqu'au 28 novembre 2019, à 20 h.

RFPQ-5390-19 Clinical Support for French Translation and English Clinical Terms Development for Reference Terminologies
Infoway would like to Pre-Qualify up to a maximum of three (3) Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) who have reference terminology experience and clinical expertise (e.g. general medicine, immunization, public health, ePrescribing) to support the creation and addition of new terminology content to our various pan-Canadian standards (e.g. SNOMED CT, LOINC/pCLOCD, etc.). Assistance is also required to ensure that the translation of this content in Canadian French is semantically correct.
Ideal resources would have clinical terminology knowledge and clinical expertise. Infoway will provide additional reference terminology training and guidance as required.
The closing date for proposal submission is November 28, 2019 at 8:00 pm.
