OID Cleanup - Regulatory Colleges

We have been looking at some previously registered Type 3 OIDS and would like to do some cleanup, starting with OIDS for Regulatory Colleges.
All of the OIDS in the attached spreadsheet ( Canada Type 3 OIDS - Professional Colleges ) should be changed to Type 4 OIDS. Any OID that has a Realm of UV should be changed to CA, since these OIDS are either solely or primarily used for Canada.

There are some other changes that are detailed in the spreadsheet, mostly around:
- changing the Responsible Body from Canada Health Infoway and/or PrescribeIT to the Professional College – the contact information remains as Canada Health Infoway
- changing the Responsible Body Type to Professional Society.
- updating the OID description where it is unclear
