• Update from Due Diligence Review work: completed DDR for the CA Baseline <> Ontario Provincial Provider Registry iGuide comparison
• Had input from Registry stakeholders from ON, AB, and BC
• Was great to have combined input during these comparisons
• Next step in DDR is Ontario Provincial Client Registry iGuide
• In terms of pace, average of 1 profile per bi-weekly meeting; will continue to look for other ways to move through the DDR process quicker
• Suggestion from group is to ask an organization for resourcing to do the up-front work for these DDR sessions to save time and so the group can focus on the key decisions during the meetings and move through more profile faster
• Can create a Statement of Work (SOW) which clearly defines the up-front work we’re looking for a resource to do for each DDR Comparison
• Essentially, SOW is for a resource to prep each of the DDR Comparisons and highlight all of the discrepancies that we need to act on
• Sheridan walked the group through the updates to the CA Baseline iGuide content
• We want to expose where we sit with each of the CA Baseline Profiles (which of them have been reviewed, which have not)
• Suggestion to re-iterate the ‘starting from the US Core’ principle in the Development Process section
• In parallel, we are working on a structural / content clean-up of the repository, the CI builds, and the iGuide
• Plan is to have a header with disclaimers about where the work is at, who it’s governed by (or lack thereof, in our case)
• Action item is for the group to review the current build / iGuide content and provide feedback; will create a thread on infocentral forum – folks will use that thread to provide their feedback

For the upcoming Canadian Baseline Governance Call on Friday Sept 4th, 2-3pm EST, our agenda is the following:

1. Update on the Profile Stream's Due Diligence Review (where we're at & where we're going)

2. Proposal for the Group, on Getting Draft Profiles visible to the external communities in-line with the Due Diligence Review of those Profiles

3. Showcase inclusion of the new Development Process sections of iGuide (as discussed last Governance meeting) and discussion on any additional sections to add
