July 2024 SNOMED CT® International Patient Set (IPS) RF2 refset package Release

Hello,

The Production release of the July 2024 SNOMED CT® International Patient Set (IPS) RF2 refset package is now available, from the MLDS distribution site.

All files distributed are available from the "July 2024 v1.0” version in the “SNOMED CT International Patient Set (IPS) RF2 Refset package - SNOMED International” project, which can be found on the “SNOMED Releases” page in MLDS, accessed here:

The SNOMED CT® IPS refset package contains SNOMED CT files in Release Format 2 (RF2) format, distributed in a zipped file archive:

SnomedCT_IPS_PRODUCTION_20241215T120000Z.zip


In line with the new SNOMED International packaging guidelines, the Release Notes have been separated from the release package, and so can be downloaded as distinct files from the same MLDS release version. For access to MLDS please register to request here

It is worth noting that current SNOMED CT users, those located in a SNOMED International Member region or those with an Affiliate license to a complete SNOMED CT edition, should avoid use of the IPS Terminology and instead, implement their IPS solutions using a full edition of SNOMED CT
