LOINC version 2.77 is now available! 

With the release of LOINC Version 2.77 , you gain access to new and revised concepts across Laboratory, Clinical and various other domains. LOINC 2.77 is available for download and can also be accessed from LOINC Terminology Service using HL7® FHIR®.
