Hi jgarcia,

The auto mapping functionality matches against concept names and synonyms. My assumption is that you are referring to the "excludes" attributes in ICD-10-CA, and not using TermWorks to exclude certain words. If my assumption is correct, the "excludes" are not handled by TermWorks.

Please let me know if can clarify anything.
