InfoRMS Outage Notice – Service Impacting, from 7pm (EST) Friday, July 17 to 11am (EST) Monday, July 20

This is a reminder that Infoway Request Management System (InfoRMS) is being upgraded to JIRA version 7 as provided by the vendor Atlassian and will be unavailable from 7pm (EST) Friday, July 17 to 11am (EST) Monday, July 20.

All RFC submitters will receive an email as soon as the services are available again.

What this means to you:

• InfoRMS will be upgraded to JIRA version 7 as provided by the vendor Atlassian.
• The look and feel of InfoRMS projects (SNOMED CT, pCLOCD, and Subsets) will have minor cosmetic differences
• The workflow for all InfoRMS projects will not be impacted
• All existing RFCs will not be impacted
• No change to the templates required to request new RFCs
• User account credentials will not be impacted
• All other Infoway tools (InfoCentral, InfoScribe, etc.) will not be affected.
