Hi,
Thank you for posting the TOR
Some feedback from BC PPHIS team:
1. Please add a timeline to when agenda, materials and meetings minutes will be distributed and at which platform (for example meeting minutes will be distributed x days post meeting and will be posted on infoway central).
2. Please clarify the scope of “powerpoint presentation after each meeting”. Does it include presentations as well as materials shared and distributed before and during meetings.
3. For the first row under the table “highlights the overlap and key differences in scope for the PHSC and EUDP”
Would it please be possible to clarify PHSC scope of “SNOMED CT CA subset requirements”. Is this limited to immunization subset? What is included/encompassed in the SNOMED CT CA subset?
4. Request to add an additional bullet under activities to elaborate where members can review editorial guidelines and provide a platform to discuss prior to members submitting RFC requests with CHI members
5. Recommend to using alternate words like “key partners” instead of stakeholders as the word stakeholders can have negative connotation please see this link for details

Thank you!
Naureen

I am sharing a link to the updated draft of the PHSC Terms of Reference (ToR):
Draft updated Terms of Reference for review
The ToR were updated to clarify the role of the PHSC as it relates to the National Vaccine Catalogue (and its Expert User and Data Provider committee). The ToR will be on the Agenda for discussion at the June 6th PHSC call. Any comments or feedback are welcome, either through the Forum or during the PHSC call.
Thanks,
Tara
