CVC Data Quality & SNOMED CT Alignment

Hi everyone,

As discussed in the last working group meeting, please find attached an analysis outlining proposed changes to the CVC in order to align with the most recent SNOMED-CT Canadian release. The proposed changes are found in subsets highlighted in yellow (Generic, Tradename, Disease, AntigenIgAntitoxin). Within each subset, changes by concept are also highlighted in yellow.
