Please go to the Documents folder in the Medication management community to view and download the presentations and materials from the cross country Clinical Requirement workshops. At this point you will see documents in 2 folders, one for ePrescribing and another for MedRec upon Hospital Discharge. In a few weeks time we will post the materials from the Admit MedRec workshop in an additional folder.
