CCDD PLANNED CHANGE to mp_to_din_or npn_mapping

I would like to call out a change we plan to make to 2 of the CCDD files; the MP to DIN or NPN mapping file and the Manufactured Product (MP) file.

MP to DIN or NPN mapping file; we would like to discontinue releasing this file and add the key attributes that distinguish this file from the Manufactured Product (MP) file. If you recall, this file originally was planned to include ONLY the MPs that we added to the CCDD that required more granularity than the DIN provided. Based on your feedback to make this file easier to consume, we included all of the MPs.

We have recently learned there is a need to distinguish the Health Canada DIN from the NPN due to the fact that some medicinal products will change from a DIN to a NPN without changing the identifier.

We plan to add the following attributes to the MP file to serve the same role the MP to DIN or NPN mapping file had PLUS resolve the identifier issue mentioned above:
mp_type
Health_Canada_identifier
Health_Canada_product_name
