we have similar options but have found that sometimes our best bet is one on one training either by phone or face to face. it has been our hope to visit stores annually to revisit some training items. obviously the size of our province can limit that ability due to travel expenses.
We are continually challenged with how to deliver effective training and educational information to DIS users. We provide information on our website including documents, videos and accredited professional education modules; we send bulletins directly to pharmacies and their head offices; the vendors provide manuals and webinars. With all of this we find that users are still not aware of important information.
Wondering if other jurisdictions are having the same issue. What types of training and educations are you using? What type of feedback have you gotten from users on your training? Do you find some methods more effective than others?
