Sorry for the delay in responding to this. Here is what the folks at Regenstrief said:
"You can just post comments directly on the google doc, or send a summary as an attachment to us...whichever is easier. There's no specific format required."
If it is easier, post your comments on the document as Dave did. If you like, you can send me a summary and I will pass it along.
Thanks for your review!
Lorie

Regenstrief is asking for your comments - see the following annoucement:
The LOINC team is excited to share with you the new RadLex-LOINC Radiology Playbook User Guide. This User Guide is a product of our collaboration with the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) to unify the LOINC and RadLex Playbook radiology content.
This User Guide describes in detail the attributes of the new Unified Model that is guiding the naming conventions of our joint work going forward. These new naming conventions were applied to the Computed Tomography terms in LOINC already, and will used as we progress through the other modalities too.
Now, we need your feedback.
Please view the user guide and give us your suggestions by posting comments within the Google Doc.

There is one area in particular I'd like to draw your attention to:
Anatomic Location: Body Region Imaged
We have had a fair bit of discussion about how we should define and use this attribute (if at all). Some of the issues we have been discussing are whether this attribute should represent the area imaged during the procedure ("top to bottom" so to speak), or whether it should be thought of more generally as a high level classification element. (E.g. there should only be a short list of these broad body areas (head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, etc).
Comments and discussion on this point are welcome.
Thanks in advance your contribution to this exciting and evolving domain of LOINC.
Kind regards, and happy LOINCing!
