DICOM 2022e release

Dear Enterprise Imaging Community:

The 2022e release of the DICOM standard is now available from the NEMA site:
www.dicomstandard.org/current/

It is also indexed from the status page at:
www.dclunie.com/dicom-status/status.html

This replaces the 2022d release.

The changes from the 2022d release are shown highlighted in PDF files;
note that changes to figures are not detected and some changed figures
