As most of you already know, IDEP did not make it to Public Comment this IHE Rad 2017-2018 cycle. The issue was partly underestimating the scope of work, not controlling the scope, and a variety of others.
The current status of the document (I still need to wrap up some comments from the April F2F and get it back onto the ftp server) is that the entire document, every section, was completed for internal committee review. All input for the content of these sections was the Feb TC F2F meeting. (but opinions change and evolve as we learn more...). The "difficult" or "contentious" sections were reviewed at the Apr TC F2F, however, there are quite a few Informative appendices and general sections which were not reviewed at the Apr TC F2F and still need committee review.
Also as most of you know, I am spending more time at Marquette Univ's BioMed Engineering programming, so I am going to transition this work to another person at Vital.
***In any case, however, IDEP will need to be re-proposed and re-voted upon this August (2018) for completion, including: internal committee reivew of rest of section, vote/publish for Public Comment, Public Comment review cycle, Public comment review and incorporation, re-review and approval for Trial Implementation. (ie., still not a trivial amount of work!)***
Jason, can we get a slot on the next tcon to discuss? Thanks!
