The Results are In: Highlights of the 2015 Infoway Partnership Conference

November 24 – 25, 2015

The 2015 Infoway Partnership Conference program struck the right chord with attendees as well as presenters. Participant feedback indicated that the conference provided an optimal opportunity to share perspectives, acquire learning and forge new connections to enhance the state of clinical information sharing in Canada.

A mix of over 200 clinicians, citizens, digital health subject matter experts, and vendor and industry representatives gathered in Vancouver from across the country, making great use of the opportunity to discuss Canadian digital health challenges, share solutions and key learning in areas including: immunization, medication reconciliation and coordination of care apractices that are underway or have been implemented in respective locations across the country.

Your feedback on this year’s conference highlights included:

  • Timely, relevant and dynamic Canadian as well as international keynote, plenary and concurrent sessions led by engaged thought leaders and speakers;
  • Meaningful networking opportunities;
  • An innovative Industry Showcase that enabled conference attendees to mix and mingle with an unprecedented 22 vendors sponsors and 5 InfoCentral community leaders focused on advancing clinical interoperability and ,
  • The launch of the Digital Health Alliance for Clinical Interoperability.
