Save the date! The First Annual Canadian Hospital at Home Conference will be hosted on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 1PM - 5PM Mountain Standard Time. It is a hybrid event and will be held both in-person at the Malcolm Hotel in Canmore, Alberta and broadcasted virtually. 

Some speakers include internationally recognized experts and pioneers in Hospital at Home including Michael Montalto (Australia), David Levine (US – Harvard), Bruce Leff (US-Hopkins) and Karen Titchener (Maribel Health).
