Hello Patient Summary Working Group,

After a successful FY22/23 that wrapped up with seeing the PS-CA v1.0.0 TI come to life at the 2023 Projectathon , Infoway focused on building out the Shared pan-Canadian Interoperability Roadmap . We want to thank you for your participation which has led us to this point and we are excited to bring you an update on the pan-Canadian Patient Summary plans for this fiscal year.

To do this, we would like to engage this working group in shaping the future of the pan-Canadian Patient Summary by including you in meaningful discussions and participating in decision-making to ensure the PS-CA meets the needs of all Canadian Jurisdictions.

We will be hosting a kick-off meeting on October 24th from 1:00-2:00 PM ET to cover the following topics:
• Patient Summary Working Group Objectives
• Working Group Structure and Key Activities
• Specification Review - Process Changes
• Proposed Scope of PS-CA v1.1.0 DFT and PS-CA v2.0.0 DFT
• Patient Summary Progress and High-Level Timelines
• Next Steps
