LOINC version 2.76. Hotfix release is now available!

LOINC version 2.76 has recently been published to address errors discovered in the release of LOINC version 2.75.
Version 2.76 is a hotfix-only release. There are no new concepts in this release and it is now available for download from the LOINC website and the LOINC Terminology Service using HL7® FHIR®.

Infoway’s Standards team has worked to reconcile our September pCLOCD release , scheduled to be published at the end of this month, with the LOINC 2.76 hotfix release and there are no updates to address. The LOINC concepts corrected in LOINC 2.76 are not a part of pCLOCD.
