Just a suggestion - change the full name to "Nunavut Pharmacy License Number" and move the extra info to the description:
"A unique identifier issued by the Nunavut Department of Health to a registered Pharmacy within Nunavut, Canada."

Makes the name more clear, and the description more complete.
