HL7 Canada Sex and Gender Comments Updated with JIRA Ticket Numbers

Hello HL7 Canada Community Members.

For persons interested in the disposition of HL7 Canada comments related to sex and gender in the HL7 Late September 2022 ballots cycle, Joanie Harper has updated the comment spreadsheets with the JIRA tickets related to the ballot reconciliation dispositions.
