Removal of Message Remixer from InfoCentral

Hello All,

The Message ReMixer tool was retired November 29, 2019 and is no longer accessible on InfoCentral.
As part of our Q4 cleanup of InfoCentral, we are looking to remove references to the tool as of April 1, 2022.
This will also remove any access that you may have through past bookmarks to the tool.

Please note that Message Builder will still be available for download via Infoway GitHub - github.com/CanadaHealthInfoway/message-builder
