PMS Vendor Type 4 OID request - Shoppers Drug Mart

Let's hold off any action on registration till we are able to address the concerns from the community and receive all clarifications.

The information in the form doesn't match the information in the post.

Form has:
Full name = "Vendor Base OID"
Symbolic name matches
Description is "Base OID for Shoppers"

I would suggest that the names and description are not good (too generic). Plus "Base OID" implies this is a type 3 OID, when it should be (and is requested as) a type 4.

suggested new forms:
Full Name = "Shoppers Drug Mart Canada" (or something similar)
Symbolic name = "ca-ShoppersDrugMart" or "ca-ShoppersDM"
Description = "Vendor OID for Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada. This is registering an OID from xxxx to the HL7 OID registry." (where XXX is the name of the registraton authority that issued this OID).

And finally - the review period should be maintained at 5 business days so that there is opportunity for response. Shortening it to less than a day is, IMO, a bad idea...

I have verified that the OID 2.16.124.113618 does not currently exist in the HL7 OID registry.

If there are no objections, I will add it to the OID registry this afternoon.
