A reminder of our upcoming Consultation Session for the CIHR Planning Project on ‘Modernizing Sex and Gender Information Practices in Electronic Health Records' and that the Zoom login process has changed.

The focus of this session will be on ‘Health System Use of SG/GSSO data to reduce inequity and improve health of sexual and gender minority (SGM) populations’. In preparation for the session, the planning project folder (infocentral.infoway-inforoute.ca/en/resources/docs/sex-gender/sgwg-planning-project) contains the following documents:

1. 'Consultation Session -3 June23-2020’ contains the slide deck. The end of the document contains references for some readings that may be of interest. If you are unable to attend the session, we welcome your feedback by emailing us with comments or your notes entered in the slide deck.
2. 'Consultation process' details the aim and timeline of our planning project.
3. The 'Information Letter' details the consent process and we ask you to review it prior to participating in the consultation
