Please join us on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 2:00–3:00 p.m. ET, as Nicole Minutti from Ontario’s Information and Privacy Commissioner presents on AI Scribes in the Health Sector.

During this session, Nicole will share highlights from Ontario’s recently published guidance “AI Scribes: Key Considerations for the Health Sector.” She will discuss some of the lessons learned from a recent privacy breach in Ontario that involved an AI scribe, describe the nuances in how IPCs across Canada have approached guidance on AI scribes in the health sector, and conclude with an emphasis on where they have come to resounding agreement on the risks and safeguards.
